ProLinkd will NOT bombard your hiring managers with irrelevant resumes, saving them their valuable time. ProLinkd's network will do the legwork: ProLinkd's fully vetted Subject Matter Experts have several years of experience in the fields you are hiring. They are like your former professors or colleagues that you call when you are looking to fill your open positions. They are qualified to understand the terms in your job description, and will evaluate ProLinkd's referrals on technical merits. The process is simple: Your HR signs up and signs our DocuSign agreement Your HR adds your hiring managers' emails The hiring manager (or HR) can fill/publish new job descriptions Your HR & hiring manager will get email notification whenever a new candidate is referred Tips: ProLinkd's Subject Matter Experts (SME's) are fully vetted. They have to be nominated by an existing SME, and vouched by two other SMEs. They will have 5+ years of experience in the field of your open position. ProLinkd is NOT a social media network. We only disclose what is on the job description (except salary info). Your communications with SMEs and Candidates will appear anonymously as company-HR or company-HM. ProLinkd is transparent. We do NOT retract referred candidates' contact information. ProLinkd does not tolerate Conflict of Interest in any of its processes. Once you publish the job, you won't be able to edit the job because our SME's will start to look into their networks to introduce and evaluate candidates. However, you will be able to add information or make clarifications in the company-SME communication section.
